  • We guarantee our quality completely and that your award or gift will be engraved as you ordered it. You are verifying that all information is accurate when you finalise your order.
  • We guarantee the quality of our products.

Non-Personalised Products With A Valid Receipt

  • May receive a complete refund or exchange for merchandise of equal value within 60 days of the date of purchase.
  • After 60 days past the purchase date, may only be exchanged for merchandise of up to equal value.

Non-Personalised Products Without A Valid Receipt

  • May be exchanged for product only, up to equal the value of the returned product at the time of return.
