How much does personalisation cost?

All personalisation and customisation is free from the Trophies Awards and Gifts Store. There are no hidden surprises or extra surcharges that aren't clearly marked on the site.

How do I personalise a gift on your site?
We are developing a How-To page to answer all of your questions on Personalisation. If you have any problems in the mean time, please do not hesitate to contact us!

What font styles do you offer?
We currently offer standard fonts that reflect the product that we are engraving. We hope to introduce font styles as an option in the coming months. Should you have specific requests on the font styles, do not hesitate to contact us. 

How do I give more specific engraving instructions?
If you have special requirements or instructions for personalising an item, please contact us before placing your order. 

How do I personalise a gift with a logo?
We can digitize your organisation logo or signature for engraving on almost all of our gifts. Upload your organisation logo and place it on file for FREE. Once on file, your logo/signature can be reused on specific products and we will keep it on file in your "Personal Gallery"

Do I have to create an account if I want to order online?
Yes. Creating an account allows you to access previous orders, track shipments, create an Address Book and have a faster checkout next time you shop, in addition to allowing access to your uploaded files. Keeping your logo on file could save you time and effort each time.

What methods of payment do you accept?
Our website accepts Laser, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. We also accept cheque and BACS transfer. If you purchase through cheque or BACS transfer, we will not act on your order until the payment has cleared with our bank.

Do I have to use a credit card to order on your website?
No! We also offer the ability to pay by cheque or by BACS transfer. Note that we can not act on your order until the payment amount has cleared. The order will only be enacted upon from the date that the money is received in full by the Trophies Awards and Gifts Store.

Can I order by telephone? 
Yes. Call us at 00353 (01) 442 8247 for Ireland or on 0044 (028) 95 810369 if you are from Northern Ireland or the UK. 

Can I order online and pick up from the store? 
We are an online only service and do not receive custom at our location. However, sometimes deliveries can be made, so best to give us an email or phonecall through our contact page.

Where are your stores located and what are their hours? 
We are an online store only but we are currently located in Dundalk, Co. Louth, Ireland. Our hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm GMT with standard Irish holidays, but we often work past opening hours. Be sure to drop us an email with your contact details and we will always endeavour to answer your call or query!

I can't find an item on your site; can I still order it? 
If you cannot find the item you are looking for, please call 00353 (01) 442 8247 for Ireland or on 0044 (028) 95 810369 if you are from Northern Ireland or the UK and a representative will be able to check the status of the item or suggest similar items. 

Can I get a discount if I purchase a large quantity of items? 
Yes. Orders over €2,000 will automatically receive discounts that increase as your order total increases. These discounts cannot be combined with other discounts, such as coupon offers.

How can I inquire about or change my order? 
If you created an account on our website, log in to "My Account" and click on "View Orders." There, you view the status of your order and track orders that have shipped.

Can I place an item on backorder?
Sorry, at this time we do not take backorders.

Can I return a gift that's been personalized?

Atthe Trophies Awards and Gifts Store, we are committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you may return or exchange it, even if it's been personalised. We will satisfy you in accordance with our Easy Returns Policy.

Web Pages not displaying properly

If you are having difficulty viewing pages on our site, you may need to adjust your screen resolution. TrophiesAwardsAndGifts.com is best viewed using a resolution of 1024 X 768.

To adjust your screen resolution:

1.) Right click on your desktop 
2.) Choose the "Properties" option 
3.) Choose "Settings" 
4.) Click and drag the screen resolution marker until you reach the 1024 X 768 setting 
5.) Click OK 
6.) Your screen will momentarily fade to black while the changes are applied. 
7.) Click "Yes" after screen reappears.

Please make sure that you are using Java and Javascript or you will have difficulty personalising your purchase.

How do I use your Search function?

In the Search Box, found in the upper left corner of every page of our website, type in the word or phrase for what you are looking for. You can also look for our products on our A-Z Index page

How do I use my discount code?

In case you have a coupon that you received from us or another partner site online, please keep the coupon code handy, you will want to enter it during the Discount Code field once you begin the Checkout process.

Discount codes used on trophiesawardsandgifts.com are subject to the following restrictions:

  • Online offers cannot be used on sale items, and clearance items. Offers may not freely combine with other special offers. The best combination allowed will be determined automatically for each order at the checkout.

How do I send the products to someone else?

After you add or select your Billing Address in Step 1 of the checkout process, you'll be asked to select your shipping address. If you want to send the products to a different address than the billing address, simply choose from the available addresses in your Address Book, using the dropdown menu to the far right. To add a new address to your address book, click on "Ship to different Address", and click continue. In Step 2 Shipping Information you can select "New Address" from the drop down menu. Additions and changes will be updated immediately for use in your order.
